SECTION 00020 INVITATION TO BID Public notice is hereby given that the Huntington Sanitary Board of Huntington, West Virginia will receive sealed proposals for Procurement of One (lea) Sewer Combination JetNacuum Cleaner and Truck Chassis at the Sanitary Board’s office, 555 7th Ave, Huntington, WV 25701 until 2:00 p.m. August 2, 2019, prevailing time. All proposals will then be publicly opened and acknowledged immediately following the above- mentioned deadline. All proposals must be on the proposal form in the bid specifications. The envelope containing the proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled so as to show the name and address of the Bidder and contain the statement “Proposal for Procurement of One (lea) Sewer Combination Cleaner JetNacuum and Truck Chassis” and be addressed to: Huntington Sanitary Board P. 0. One copy of the specifications for the purchase and delivery of Proposal for Procurement of One (lea) Sewer Combination JetNacuum Cleaner and Truck Chassis may be obtained at a cost of $25.00 by contacting the Huntington Sanitary Board (telephone 304-781-1904.) The Huntington Sanitary Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to make a final contract award in any manner, consistent with applicable laws, which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Huntington Sanitary Board.
