France to John and Roy Adkins, thence with said right-of-way lines S. 77 20` W. 151.5 feet to an iron stake; thence leaving said right-of-way lines S, 73 55` W. 538 feet to a set stone; thence up the hill S. 55 10` E. Passing through a 5 inch Hickory at 133 feet in all 285 feet to a set stone; thence N. 77 15` E 233.7 feet to a set stone; thence S. 54 35` E. 387 feet to a set stone in the line of the tract of land conveyed by Erza K. Coliflower and U.S. Route 60; thence N. 74 05` E. 22.0` to a 1/2″ steel rod, running with Route 60; thence N. 73 55` E. 448.82` with said Highway, to a T-Rail, corner to R. L. Black and Route 60 R/W; thence S. 3 04` E. 323.90` leaving Route 60 and going to a set stone on the Hill. Thence N. 54 35` W. 123.30` to a set stone; thence S. 17 15` W. 233.70` to a set stone; thence N. 55 10` W. 135.64` going back down the Hill to a 1″ Steel piper referenced by a 15″ Hickory Tree; thence N. 17 25` W. 100.19` to a 1/2″ steel rod. The place of Beginning, containing 2.22 acres, more or less. Also being a pat of Property recorded in Deed Bok No. 795, at page no. 546. Assessed for 2005 property tax at 0.826 property remaining.
