PUBLIC NOTICE As required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Dunbar Housing Authority will hold a public hearing, open to the public, to review the PHA Annual Agency Plan, 5 Year PHA Plan, and the Capitol Fund 5 Year Plan. The hearing will be held at the Authority’s offices located at 900 Dutch Hollow Road on Monday, July 28 at 11:00 A.M. The Annual Plan includes a description of proposed expenditures of $285,787.00 in our 2025 Capital Fund grant.
