ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-styled court action is for the Petitioners to obtain Grandparents Visitation with their grandchild from the above-named Respondent/father, Kristopher S. Johnson, and the Respondent/mother, Amber Lovejoy. By Petitioners’ affidavit previously filed in this court action, they did aver that the whereabouts of the Respondent/mother, Amber Lovejoy is unknown to the Petitioners as she has not appeared at prior hearings, nor has she participated in the minor child’s life for many years. It is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent/mother, Amber Lovejoy, appear and serve upon the Petitioners’ attorney, Shawn D. Bayliss, Bayliss Law Offices, 3728 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, West Virginia 25526, an answer or other defense to the Petition for Grandparents Visitation filed in this action on or before August 18, 2025, otherwise, the Petitioner’s requested relief may be granted against her.
