ADVERTISEMENT AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING SERVICES Pursuant to W.Va. Code 5G-1-3, the Morgan County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professions to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for Roof Replacement at Berkeley Springs High School Building A. Qualified firms are invited to contact Jeromy Duelley ([email protected]; or 304-258-2430) at the Morgan County Board of Education Office to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements. Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on August 22, 2025, at the Administrative Office of Morgan County Schools, 247 Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions/interview with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder’s registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Morgan County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code 5G-1-3.
