IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PUTNAM COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: ESTATE OF HARRY PALU Civil Action No.: 25-P-30 ORDER OF PUBLICATION Anna M. Price, Esq., having filed an Affidavit pursuant to Rule 4(e) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure in regards to service of process of the Second Amended Petition to Sell Real Estate in regards to Respondents Marje Magi Karner and any unknown heirs of Harry Palu, and after finding the Affidavit compliant with the Rules, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Putnam County, West Virginia makes the following Order: 1. A legal advertisement shall be published in the Charleston Gazette-Mail, which is a newspaper of general circulation servicing Putnam County, for a period of one (1) week for two consecutive weeks in such newspaper. 2. The legal advertisement shall state the following: a. The legal caption of this case is In Re: Estate of Harry Palu, Putnam Co. Civil Action No.: 25-P-30, Judge Phillip M. Stowers presiding. b. The object of the above civil action is to sell the real estate owned by Harry Palu, deceased, and to determine the living heir and distributes of Mr. Palu. c. The name and address of the Petitioner’s attorney is Anna Price, Bowles Rice LLP, 600 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV 25301. d. A copy of the Second Amended Petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Putnam County, West Virginia. Putnam County Judicial Building, 12093 Winfield Road, Winfield, West Virginia 25213. 3. Respondents Marje Magi Karner and any unknown heirs of Harry Palu, are to appear and serve a response within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be rendered against the Respondents at any time thereafter.
