Parcel ID: 02-16-00250001 And further being the same property as transferred by Trustee’s Deed on 03/19/2019 and recorded 05/20/2019 from WV Trustee Services, LLC, Substitute Trustee to Federal National Mortgage Association, recorded in document number 3130531367, in Book 737 at Page 384 in the Office of the County Clerk for the County of Wayne, state of West Virginia. Subject to all restrictions, conditions, rights-of-way and easements, if any, contained in the instrument constitution the chain of title to the property herein conveyed and the Grantor covenants that it will Warranty Specially the property hereby conveyed; and that it will execute such further assurance of said land as may be requisite.
