IN THE FAMILY COURT OF MINGO COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO. 25-A-27 IN THE MATTER OF: THE PETITION OF TIFFANY NEWSOME, FOR THE ADOPTION OF GENESIS FRALEY, a female infant. ORDER OF PUBLICATION THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN AN ADOPTION OF A MINOR CHILD. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the infant child listed in the above styled case is a resident of Mingo County, West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that the Circuit Clerk of Mingo County, West Virginia, serve upon any parent, any person with legal, physical, or actual custody of the infant child; any adult sibling of the infant child; and any person with custodial interest in the infant child, by Order of Publication in the Williamson Daily News. Any person with custodial interest, must serve upon counsel for Petitioner, Jason D. Harwood, Esq., of Harwood Legal, PLLC, and whose address is 1103 George Kostas Drive, Suite 250, Logan, West Virginia 25601, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Adoption filed in the action on or before final hearing. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
