ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Williamson Shriver Architects Project – 2014-033 The Monroe County Board of Education, Union, WV will receive bids for Proposal 1 -General Construction and Proposal 2 – Loose Furnishings for a new Peterstown PK8 School until 1:00 p.m., local prevailing time on 2nd day of April, 2020, at the office of the Monroe County Board of Education, Union, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for BOTH Proposal 1 and Proposal 2 has been scheduled for the 18th day of March, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., at the existing Peterstown Middle School Cafeteria. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s Project Management Website.
