Notice is hereby given that Guaranty Bank Inc., main office located at 10 Commerce Drive, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia 25661, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) and West Virginia Division of Financial Institutions for approval to open a new branch banking office to be located at 1320 Kanawha Boulevard, Kanawha County, Charleston, WV 25301. Approval of this application would result in the bank operating four branches in addition to its main office – one in Gilbert, West Virginia, one in Delbarton, West Virginia, one in Wayne, West Virginia and the new branch in Charleston, West Virginia. Any person wishing to comment on, or to protest this application may file his or her comments in writing with FDIC Deputy Regional Director Ann Servaes at 10 10th Street NE, Suite 900, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849 not later than 15 days after the date of this publication. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in office of the FDIC Regional Office 10 10th Street NE, Suite 900, Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849 and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of information in the nonconfidential portion of the file will be made available upon request. The public is also invited to submit written comments regarding this Notice to the West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions.
