MUNICIPAL ELECTION CYCLE MOVE The Town of Cowen is in the process of moving the Municipal Election cycle to coincide with the state election cycle per the passing of WV Senate Bill 50. The Town is amending Chapters 2 and 3 of the Ordinance Book. The proposed changes are available on the door of the Municipal Building.
