AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Active Resources Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration for a clean coal rail loadout system located on Route 52 near Gilbert in Mingo County, West Virginia. The location coordinates for the facility are: latitude 37.618889 and longitude -81.892778. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants from operations will be: Controlled particulate matter emissions of 192 tons per year (TPY), of which 138 TPY are fugitive; controlled particulate matter less than 10 micron emissions of 53 TPY, of which 27 TPY are fugitive. Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit approval. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
