AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Quality Natural Gas, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a general permit registration, for a natural gas compressor station located off Double Camp Branch Rd., near Newtown, in Mingo County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.61596 and -82.04726.
