LEGAL NOTICE December 12, 2025 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from University Physicians & Surgeons, Inc. and Cabell Huntington Hospital, CON File #25-2/3-13484-P, for the development of 28 ambulatory health care facilities in Cabell, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne Counties in West Virginia through the use of a mobile bus.
