The Mingo County Board of Education is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supply an operator to maintain five (5) wastewater treatment plants. The RFP submission is due on December 22, 2025, at 1 pm EDT. A copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP), including related addendums, questions and corrections can be found at: https://www.mingoschools.com/open-bids. Proposal documents should be submitted via mail (sealed proposal packet) or hand delivered to Beth Daniels, Treasurer, Mingo County Board of Education. Mingo County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as well as select the vendor that is in the best interest of the board.
