ADOPTION NO.: CC-30-2025-A-34 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above titled proceeding is an adoption of the minor child, J.D., whose DOB is: October 11, 2016 by Jennifer and Daniel Dempsey. TO: UNKNOWN FATHER Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against the unknown father of the minor child above has been filed in the above-entitled special proceeding. It is hereby notified and advised by this Publication to appear in the Circuit Court of Mingo County, in Williamson, West Virginia, on February 12, 2026 at the hour of 1:00 P.M. for a full and final hearing on matters raised in the above referenced Case Number, which could result in the termination of his parental/custodial rights in and to the above mentioned child.
