NOTICE OF FILING On August 25, 2025, Scott’s Junk Removal & Rentals, LLC, filed an application with the West Virginia Public Service Commission under West Virginia Code 24A-2-5 for a certificate of public convenience and necessity – To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of junk from points and places in Logan and Mingo Counties, in West Virginia to places of disposal in West Virginia. Rates: Trailer Size/Type 7X14 Dump Trailer Daily Rate $300.00/day Weekly Rate $500.00/week Trailer Size/Type Car Hauler (Open) Daily Rate $100.00/day Weekly Rate $400.00/week Rental Notes Deposit Required: TBD (To Be Determined) Late Fee: $20.00 per day Trailers must be returned clean and undamaged Ball hitch & wiring requirements: 7X14 Dump Trailer: 2 5/16″ Car Hauler: 2″ Anyone affected by or opposed to the application must object, in writing, file a letter of protest or seek intervenor status in this matter within ten days of this publication.
