ATTENTION ROUTE 82 RESIDENTS: Route 82 Waterline Extension PUBLIC MEETING WHERE: Cowen Municipal Hall, 91 Erbacon Road, Cowen WV WHEN: Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The Cowen Public Service District’s (PSD) Route 82 Waterline Extension Project is moving forward and this meeting is being held in order to obtain user agreements for service as well as easements necessary for construction. A representative will reach out individually to landowners from whom easements are required to touch base ahead of the meeting. The PSD is currently in the process of obtaining necessary permits for the project and construction is anticipated to begin some time in 2026. Those who sign user agreements prior to construction beginning will have the standard $300 tap fee waived. This will not be the only opportunity to sign user agreements.
