A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on March 17, 2020 in Room 2W22 of the Marshall University Student Center, 1680 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25755. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: Mechanical Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 p.m., LPT, on Tuesday, March 31, 2020.
