PUBLIC NOTICE BOONE COUNTY LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE Notice is hereby provided that the Boone County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will conduct its annual public meeting on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review and discuss the County Emergency Response Plan and to transact any other business of the committee. The meeting will be held at the following location: Boone County Health Department Conference Room 213 Kenmore Drive Danville, WV 25053 Furthermore, in compliance with WV State Code 15-5A-7(d)(5), this serves as public notice that the County Emergency Response Plan, as well as material safety data sheets, emergency, first aid and medical treatment procedures, inventory forms, and follow-up emergency notices which have been submitted to the committee, are available for public review.
