PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Webster County Commission intends to file an application with the West Virginia Development Office for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for a water line extension project in the Diana/Guardian area of Webster County. A public meeting will be held on March 3, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Diana Eagles Community Building, located at 90 Eagle Lane, Diana, WV 26217, to discuss the proposed application. The grant application will be submitted to the West Virginia Development Office by March 31, 2026. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting or submit written comments to the Webster County Economic Development Authority, Webster Springs, WV 26288, by the above date. User Agreements for water are currently being accepted and will be available at the meeting. Landowners who have received requests for easements are also welcome to attend to ask questions and receive additional information.
