NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Boone County Commission will accept Sealed Bids until 4:00 pm on Monday, March 2, 2026, at its offices at the Boone County Courthouse Annex, 206 Court Street, Suite 303 Madison, WV 25130, for the following: Purchase of Electrical Upgrade For Water Ways, Julian Boone County, West Virginia Specifications can be obtained from the offices of the Boone County Commission, 206 Court Street, Madison, WV 25130, or by calling (304) 369-7301. Bid opening will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 3:35 pm. Bidders must submit their bids on the BID SHEET at the end of these Specifications. All bids must be clearly marked with the words “SEALED BID – ELECTRICAL UPGRADE” and the time and date of bid opening, on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the bid is enclosed. All bids submitted must remain intact for 60 days after the bid opening date without withdrawing or altering the respective bid. Absolutely NO bids will be accepted if received after the above-stated deadline. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. These specifications are intended to be minimum standards specifications, and are not meant to eliminate any prospective bidders on minor variations from the specifications. However, any deviations from these specifications must be pointed out and explained on the BID SHEET.
