REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3, the Mingo County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Architectural firms to provide all professional architectural/engineering services to include design and construction administration for the School Building Authority Needs Award, HVAC replacement project at Lenore PK-8 School. The work shall include all services in accordance with the School Building Authority Guidelines and Procedures Handbook, the WV State Board of Education Policy 6200, and all applicable code requirements. Qualified firms are invited to submit four (4) copies of an Expression of Interest and Statement of Qualifications based upon the above scope to Dr. Joetta Basile, Superintendent of Schools, no later than March 20, 2026, by 4:00 pm.
