NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Boone County Commission will accept Sealed Bids until 4 p.m., Monday, April 27, 2026 at its offices at the Boone County Courthouse Annex, 206 Court Street, Madison, WV 25130, for the following: REMOVAL OF DESIGNATED TREES Kenmore Drive, Danville, Boone County, WV Specifications can be obtained from the offices of the Boone County Commission, 206 Court Street, Madison, WV 25130, or by calling (304) 369-7301. Bid Opening will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 3:40 p.m. Bidders must submit their bids on the BID SHEET at the end of the specifications. All bids must be clearly marked with the words “SEALED BID: REMOVAL OF DESIGNATED TREES AT KENMORE DRIVE, DANVILLE, BOONE CO., WV” and the time and date of bid opening on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the bid is enclosed. All bids submitted must remain intact for 60 days after the bid opening date without withdrawing or altering the respective bid. Absolutely no bids will be accepted if received after the above-stated deadline, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
