BUFFALO CREEK PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE IN WATER RATES AND CHARGES UPON APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that no sooner than 14 days from the date of this publication Buffalo Creek Public Service District (the “District”) intends to file a water rate case with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia (the “PSC”). The proposed water rates and charges will become effective upon filing and will produce the following additional revenue annually: ($) Revenue Increase/Decrease $161,706 (%) Revenue Increase/Decrease 21.97% The proposed increased water rates and charges will become effective immediately upon filing and will be subject to refund based upon further PSC investigation and review. If the PSC approves rates lower than the District’s proposed water rates and charges, the District will be required to make refunds.
