ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE FAMILY COURT OF MINGO COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CASE NO: 26-D-53 Whitney Lambert PETITIONER THE OBJECT OF THIS PETITION IS TO OBTAIN A NAME CHANGE. On this day came Petitioner Whitney Lambert, otherwise known as Whitney Bevins, pro se, and moved the Court to allow him/her to file his/her Petition for Name Change pursuant to West Virginia Code 48-25-101, et seq., It is Ordered that a hearing on the matter and things set forth in said Petition shall be heard in open Court on the 28th day of April, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. before the Honorable D. Jewell, Judge of the Family Court of Mingo County, West Virginia. It is further ORDERED that Petitioner shall publish notice of the time and place for the Petition for Change of Name in the Class I legal advertisement in compliance with Article three, Chapter fifty-nine of the West Virginia Code. Said publication shall take Place at least ten days before the scheduled hearing in this matter and shall contain a provision that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
