Project U330-52-39.70 05, NHPP-0052(342)D, Sec. 2, Mingo County, West Virginia;thence, northeasterly, with said proposed noncontrolled access right of way line 34 feet, more or less, to a point in the eastern proposed permanent drainage easement line, said point being 52 feet right of and at right angle to centerline at Station 1390+77;thence, southeasterly, with said proposed permanent drainage easement line 23 feet, more or less, to a point 75 feet right of and at right angle to centerline at Station 1390+77;thence, southeasterly, continuing with said proposed permanent drainage easement line 25 feet, more or less, to a point in the western existing Norfolk Southern Railway right of way line, said point being 101 feet right of and at right angle to centerline at Station 1390+69;thence, southwesterly, with said existing railroad right of way line 25 feet, more or less, to a point in the eastern proposed permanent drainage easement line, said point being 99 feet right of and at right angle to centerline at Station 1390+44;thence, northwesterly, with said proposed permanent drainage easement line 23 feet, more or less, to a point 77 feet right of and at right angle to centerline at Station 1390+51;thence, westerly, continuing with said proposed permanent drainage easement line 23 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning and containing 1,271 square feet, more or less.The above-named Respondents are hereby notified: 1. that the above-styled condemnation proceeding was instituted in the Circuit Court of Mingo County on or about March 30, 2026, to take and appropriate the above-described property for the purposes aforesaid;
