NOTICE CITY OF KENOVA Notice is hereby given that the City of Kenova, West Virginia, a municipal corporation, will have the second and final vote on a proposed ordinance, the principal object of which is the imposition of a one percent (1%) municipal sales and use tax. The title of the ordinance is “ARTICLE 739. KENOVA SALES AND USE TAXES.” The final vote on adoption of said proposed Ordinance shall take place in the Council Chambers of the City of Kenova, located at 1501 Pine Street, Kenova, West Virginia 25530, on May 21, 2026, at six thirty o’clock (6:30) p.m. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed ordinance.
