A hearing before the Court on the proposed transfer will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable Michael Asbury, Circuit Judge of Webster County. Anyone affected by the transfer or anyone objecting to the transfer may attend the hearing or may file written statements of protest to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Webster County, West Virginia, prior to the hearing.
