NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 15, 2015, from Jerry Wayne Egnor and Melissa Gail Egnor to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 763, at page 926, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $48,576.69, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Wayne County Courthouse in Wayne, West Virginia on June 5, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, as follows: PARCEL 1: Situate in the County of Wayne, State of West Virginia, bounded and described as follows: All that certain parcel of land situate in Union District, Wayne County, West Virginia, and being a part of Lot Number Four (4), as shown on a map entitled “Plat Showing Property Owned by David B. and Louella LaLone, being an 8-Lot Subdivision of Parcel 2 Now Being Known as Section II – A of Meadow Links Estates, Wayne County, West Virginia,” which map is dated January 25, 1984, made by E.
