NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of the following Deeds of Trust: Deed of Trust dated May 29, 2018, from Ronnie Darrell Ball and Kathryn Leigh Wellman, a married couple, to Justin J. Marcum and Harry K. White, Trustees, for the benefit of Bank of Mingo (now Guaranty Bank), which Deed of Trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mingo County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 470 at Page 678.
