Notice is hereby given that a Petition alleging juvenile abuse and neglect of a child has been filed in the Circuit Clerk of Lincoln County, West Virginia, with the above listed parties as Respondents. Any name party may obtain a copy of the Petition, and all responses, motions, and orders from the court’s file maintained in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Lincoln County, West Virginia, and all Respondents should appear before the Honorable Jay M. Hoke, Judge of the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, West Virginia, and otherwise respond to protect their rights in this proceeding. This matter shall next come before the Court for hearing on July 16, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, West Virginia, Second Floor Courtroom, 8000 Court Avenue, Hamlin, West Virginia.
