Cook The object of the above-styled lawsuit is for the Plaintiffs to recover for their personal injuries and damages resulting from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on May 17, 2024, in Danville, Boone County, West Virginia. As it appears by Affidavit that Defendant Justin S. Cook is a resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ORDERED that Justin S. Cook respond to the Complaint and serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Jennifer D. Roush and Farmer, Cline & Campbell, PLLC, whose address is Post Office Box 3842, Charleston, West Virginia 25538, an Answer or other responsive pleading, including any related counterclaim or defense Justin S. Cook may have to the Complaint filed against him in this action, on or before July 17, 2026. If such Answer or responsive pleading is not filed on or before July 17, 2026, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may thereafter be taken against Justin S.
