In the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia Case No. CC-50-2026-C-302 Judge James Young WVTLRE, LLC, Plaintiff, v. Lynnette Kisner, Audrey Johnsonn, Jeffrey L. Johnson, Donna Kay Johnson, Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is to obtain free and clear of any right, title, or interest of the Defendants, land more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real estate situate in Ceredo District (now Westmoreland) Wayne County, West Virginia, known and designated on a revised and official map of DUPONT PLACE, made October 15, 1911, by Renshaw Brothers, Civil Engineers, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 103, at page 395, as LOT NUMBER SIX (6) and the EASTERLY TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT NUMBER FIVE (5), BLOCK NUMBER THREE (3); being a lot eighty (80) feet wide; EXCEPTING, however, from the above description, all that certain strip or parcel of land, together with all rights, privileges and improvements thereunto belonging, that was conveyed to Cynthia Ann Wagner, widow, to the State of West Virginia, by deed dated December 15, 1949, and recorded in said Clerk’s office in Deed Book 256, at page 24.It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiff, herein, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants without success, it is ORDERED, that Defendants, above named, serve upon Cait Daniel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P.O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 10th day of July, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
