IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA NORTHGATE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. Plaintiff, vs. JENNETTE L. COREY MARITAL TRUST, Defendant. Civil Action No. 19-C-264 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The above entitled action is a civil suit which is brought on behalf of Northgate Property Owners Association, Inc. which provides property management services to property owners and tenants located in the Northgate Business Park, Charleston, West Virginia in exchange for an “Association Fee.” Defendant owns real estate within the NorthGate Business Park and is delinquent in Association Fees owed to the Plaintiff in the amount of $78,577.28 through March 1, 2019, plus interest. And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Jennette L. Corey, Trustee of the Jennette L. Corey Marital Trust are unknown, and that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ordered that the Jennette L. Corey, Trustee of the Jennette L. Corey Marital Trust, do serve upon John F. Leaberry, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose mailing address is Leaberry Law Firm, PLLC, 167 Patrick Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia, 24901, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before April 12, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Defendants at any time thereafter.
