Panzer Last known address Charleston, WV PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 31st day of March, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., the petitioner, Victoria Panzer, by her attorneys, Anderson, O’Brien, Bertz, Skrenes & Golla, LLP, by Donna L. Ginzl, will appear before the Honorable Thomas B. Eagon in his Branch I Courtroom, Portage County Courthouse, 1516 Church Street, Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54481 and will respectfully request the following orders: 1. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. Chapter 785, holding the respondent, Brian Panzer, in contempt and imposing remedial sanctions against him for failing to comply with paying the Valley Communities Credit Union truck loan and the Valley Communities Credit Union motorcycle loan, as well as his failure to refinance said loans in order to remove the petitioner’s name therefrom within 60 days of the final hearing as required in paragraph 14. C. 2. of the default Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment of Divorce filed herein on June 17, 2019. 2. Imprisonment for the respondent’s disobedience, resistance or obstruction of the Court Order. 3. A forfeiture not to exceed $2,000 for each day the contempt of court continues. 4. An appropriate Order designed to ensure compliance with the prior Court Order. 5. For an Order requiring the respondent to pay the petitioner’s actual attorneys’ fees and costs incurred as a result of the respondent’s failure to comply with the terms of the Court’s Orders. 6. For such other relief as the Court deems just and equitable. 7. This motion is based on the Affidavit of Victoria Panzer in support of the motion filed herewith and on the entire record herein.
