Bartlett, Jr. do serve upon Ryan Turner, Esq., Plaintiff s attorney, whose address is 741 Fifth Avenue, Huntington , WV 25701 , an Answer, including any related counter claim of defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 10, 2020. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
