ADVERTISEMENT FOR INSURANCE SERVICES Notice is hereby given that Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority will receive bids at its general office at 1550 4th Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387, until 10:00 am local time, April 10, 2020 for the purchase of INSURANCE COVERAGE. All bids will be directed to the Clyde Tyler Jr., Purchasing Director/EEO Officer, Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority (KVRTA), 1550 4th Ave, Charleston, WV 25387 securely sealed and plainly marked “BID FOR INSURANCE COVERAGES.” Bids shall be opened on the date, time, and place previously stated. Bid proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from Clyde Tyler Jr., Purchasing Director/EEO Officer at 1550 4th Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387 by written request. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise will be encouraged and afforded full opportunity to actively solicit information concerning this project, and to submit bids and/or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for award.
