FINAL ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISMISSAL 2/28/2020 (TJK) AS ORIGINAL (TJK) This day came the matter upon the pleadings heretofore filed, the hearing of the Commissioners held on the 7th day of November, 2019, and the Final Order Confirming Commissioners Report, Releasing Bond and Setting Payment by Appalachian Power Company of Just Compensation Award entered on December 2, 2019, wherein the Commissioners having duly deliberated returned their Report of Commissioners and awarded two thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($2,250.00) as just compensation to the remaining owners of said property to which the Court awarded an additional amount of interest of two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00), resulting in a total of two thousand four hundred seventy-five dollars ($2,475.00) available for distribution to said owners, and there being no exceptions filed to the Report of Commissioners, accordingly, this matter has been completely resolved excepting only the distribution of the aforesaid just compensation proceeds. Petitioner is also directed to publish this Order as a Class 2 legal advertisement so that the publication of the advertisement is completed by March 15, 2020. Respondents are directed to notify the Court in writing by March 31, 2020, if they object to the proposed distribution, setting forth the precise nature of their objection. If the Court hears no objections by March 31, 2020, a final order distributing proceeds in accordance with the ownership interests identified herein will follow. If the Court hears any objections from any respondent, a hearing on distribution of proceeds will be scheduled and conducted to consider said objections.
