Notice of Public Hearing The City Council of the City of South Charleston shall hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2021 City Budget on Thursday March 19, 2020 at 7:30 pm in the City Council Chambers, South Charleston City Hall, 4th Ave and D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303. At that time the City Council shall hear from all interested persons for or against any item or expenditure in accordance with the South Charleston City Charter Section 12.4. The City Council Finance Committee will meet on Thursday March 19, 2020 at 6:30 pm in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 238 4th Ave to review the proposed budget and make any recommendations for Council’s consideration.
