REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan County Commission, through the State and Federal Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, is seeking sealed bids for the service of a Certified Real Estate Appraiser to establish the pre-flood, fair market value of three (3) private dwellings in the Mud Fork area of Logan County, West Virginia. Addresses are available upon request. All interested Certified Real Estate Appraisers are invited to submit proposals on a per-unit basis. Proposals should be mailed or delivered to: The Logan County Commission, 325 Stratton Street, Logan, WV 25601, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, no later than 1:00 o’clock p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020. All bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. Under certain circumstances, additional time may be granted if warranted.
