AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Sulzer Pumps (US) Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update, for a metal parts manufacturer located on 1305 Main St, Barboursville, in Cabell County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.40923611, 82.28666667 The applicant estimates the Increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: VOC 6.44 ton/year, Xylene 0.0133 ton/year, Meta-Xylene 0.0043 ton/year, Ethyl Benzene 0.0035 ton/year, Ortho-Xylene 0.0019 ton/year, Para-Xylene 0.0019 ton/year, Toluene 0.0012 ton/year, and Methyl Ethyl Ketone 0.0045 ton/year. The applicant has yet to install the Mop Water Evaporator (Emission Unit ID 15E, expected to be installed in April 2020), but installed the ExOne Sand Printer (Emission Unit 14E) and Paint Booth/NDT Testing (Emission Unit 16E) in 2019.
