Notice of Dissolution Pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code 31D-14-1407, notice is given that Rousselle Corporation (“Rousselle”), an Illinois corporation, was dissolved on April 17, 2012. All creditors of and claimants against Rousselle, including those against any of its former divisions, including the Davey Drill Rig Division (aka Davey Drill, Davey Compressor, and Davey Compressor Industrial Holdings Corporation), are required immediately to present such claim pursuant to this notice. All claims must be made in writing and shall contain the following information: (a) the name and address of the party filing such claim; (b) the amount of such claim; (c) the date that the claim first arose; (d) the event or events that underlie or gave rise to the claim; and (e) copies of documents supporting the claim. Any claim shall be mailed to the following address: Glenn A. Huetter, Jr., Esq., Willman & Silvaggio LLP, 5500 Corporate Drive, Suite 150, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Any claim against Rousselle, including those against any of its former divisions, shall be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this notice.
