NOTICE SOLE SOURCE INTENT TO PROCURE Marshall University desires to procure a group ticket software platform from FEVO that appears to be the only system that can integrate with Paciolan. If you have a product equivalent to FEVO and are interested in having an opportunity to bid on this procurement, you should reply to this notice no later than 3:00 pm on or before March 30, 2020. Platform details: FEVO allows users to purchase group tickets for a single or multiple events in one purchase. Customers can share their ticket purchases via Facebook, Twitter, and SMS. After purchase, the user can house the ticket on their mobile phone or print a physical copy. The system integrates with Paciolan to allow inventory pulls. FEVO would allow purchasing directly from Marshall University’s website. Marshall University will evaluate and consider all responses received on or before the above deadline. A specific software/services must be referenced in your responses as Marshall University will research the software proposed for capability. If another viable software/services is found, Marshall University will allow vendors to submit pricing proposals.
