NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by GREGORY LAKE and WILLIAM T. LAKE to J. MAURICE CLARI( AND KERRY E. ADKINS, dated the 29TH day of DECEMBER, 2016, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2645, at page 558, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said J. MAURICE CLARK AND KERRY E. ADKINS, EITHER OF WHOM MAY ACT, Trustees, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on MAY 6, 2020 at 10:00 AM., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a plat of Lots Numbers 191 to 210, inclusive, of Beverly Hills, which was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, the 2nd day of January, 1929, and recorded in Map Book 3 at page 88, as LOTS NUMBERS 207 and 208, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 1-1/2″ pipe (set) in the westerly line of Washington Boulevard, said point being the northeasterly corner to Lot 206 as designated on said plat; thence with the northerly line of Lot 206, North 60 30′ West 127.35 feet to a 1-1/2″ pipe (set) in the easterly line of a 15 foot wide private alley; thence with said line of alley, North 33 06′ East 80.16 feet to a 1-1/2″ pipe (set) at the southwesterly corner of Lot 209 as designated on said plat; thence with the southerly line of Lot 209, South 60 30′ East 122.32 feet to a 1- 1/2″ pipe (set) in the aforementioned line of Washington Boulevard; thence with said line of street, South 29 30′ West 80.00 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 0.229 acres, and as shown on the plat recorded in Deed Book 933, at page 502. TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, and subject to any and all unpaid taxes. Subject to first deed of trust executed by GREGORY LAKE and WILLIAM T. LAKE to KERRY E. ADKINS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 13th day of January, 2016, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2603, at page 68.
