Bid specifications are available upon request at the Nicholas County Board of Education, 400 Old Main Drive, Summersville, WV 26651 by calling 304-872-3611 Ext. 225. Bids will be received in the offices of the Nicholas County Board of Education, 400 Old Main Drive, Summersville, WV 26651 until 3:00 p.m. on May 8, 2020. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in the bid process, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 60 days after opening bids.
