Johnson and Amanda Johnson to Raymond G. Dodson, Trustee, securing Russell Lanham and Cara Lanham in the amount of $20,000.00, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanahwa County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 4315, at page 712, default having been made in the payment of the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust, and sale having been requested in writing by the holder of the indebtedness secured, the undersigned, Raymond G. Dodson, Trustee, will offer for sale at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on May 14, 2020, at 11:00 o’clock, the certain real estate conveyed in said Deed of Trust, which is further founded and described as follows: All of the following lots or parcels of land situate in the City of Charleston, Charleston West Tax District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Mammoth, Cabin Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being all of Lot No. 464 as shown upon a map entitled, “Plat of Mammoth, Cabin Creek District Kanawha County, showing Lots to September 1948, Section 3”, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 13, at page 157. This conveyance will also be made subject to any and all reservations, exceptions, restrictions, rights of way and easements contained in prior deeds affecting said property of record in said Clerk’s office or visible on the ground.
