INVITATION FOR BIDS CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING Lee Terrace Commercial Water Heater / Boiler Replacement CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING, Charleston, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its Lee Terrace Commercial Water Heater / Boiler Replacement Project until 2:00 PM EST on the 21st day of May 2020, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of supplying and replacing two commercial water heaters at Lee Terrace. Contractors shall have 3 years minimum experience pluming and boiler installation.
