ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Wayne County Board of Education invites qualified companies to submit sealed bids for vending of snacks and beverages at all locations of the Wayne County Board of Education. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Wayne County Board of Education, P. O. Box 70, 212 North Court Street, Wayne, West Virginia, 25570, Attention Mr. Jeb Ryder, Treasurer, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on August 21, 2019, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at the Wayne County Board of Education. Bidding documents and specifications may be obtained at the pre-bid meeting. Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the bid specifications. The Wayne County Board of Education reserves the right to defer, delay, or postpone the date for receiving bids for the project without the necessity of renewing such advertisement.
