Notice Invitation to Bid The Cabell County Board of Education will be accepting bids for Sealing/Stripping at the following schools: Huntington High School, Cabell Midland High School and Career Technology Center and bids for Asphalt at the following schools: Culloden Elementary, Milton Elementary, Milton Bus Garage, Milton Middle School, Ona Elementary, Cabell Midland High School, Huntington High School and Board Office parking lots. All individual parties must be present at the pre-bid meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. The scope of the job must be completed by July 31, 2020.
